These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MeTime mobile application (“MeTime,” “App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using MeTime, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About MeTime

MeTime is a self-care and wellness app designed to support users with features such as mood tracking, journaling, routines, reminders, and general emotional wellness tools.

MeTime is provided for personal, non-commercial use only unless we expressly state otherwise.

2. Eligibility

You may use MeTime only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws of your country or region.

If you are under the age of 13, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, you may use MeTime only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, if allowed by applicable law.

3. No Medical or Mental Health Advice

MeTime is intended for general wellness, self-care, reflection, and lifestyle support only.

MeTime does not provide medical advice, mental health diagnosis, treatment, therapy, crisis support, or professional healthcare services. Content in the App is for informational and personal wellness purposes only and should not be treated as medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice.

You should seek help from a qualified doctor, therapist, counselor, or other licensed professional for medical or mental health concerns.

If you are experiencing a crisis, feel unsafe, or believe you may harm yourself or others, do not rely on MeTime. Contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis support service immediately.

4. User Content

The App may allow you to create, store, or manage content such as:

• journal entries
• mood logs
• routines
• reminders
• check-in history
• personal wellness notes

You are responsible for the content you enter into the App and for your use of that content.

You agree not to use the App to create, store, or transmit anything unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

5. Local Data Storage

MeTime is designed to store your data locally on your device, based on the current version of the App.

This means your information may remain on your device unless you delete it, uninstall the App, erase your device, or change device settings. You understand that if locally stored data is deleted, lost, or becomes inaccessible, we may not be able to recover it.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any backups.

6. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use MeTime for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App except as permitted by law
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where prohibited by law
• use the App in a way that violates any law or regulation
• use the App to harm others or interfere with the App’s operation

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.

7. Intellectual Property

MeTime, including its design, branding, text, visuals, icons, graphics, features, and other content provided by us, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the App or any of our intellectual property.

8. Privacy

Your use of MeTime is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how information is handled.

9. Notifications and Device Features

MeTime may request permission to send notifications, such as reminder alerts, or to use certain device features where applicable.

You can allow or deny permissions through your device settings. Some features may not work properly without the necessary permissions.

We may update, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time, with or without notice.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may post the revised Terms in the App or through another appropriate method. Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective means you agree to the revised Terms.

MeTime is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that:

• the App will always be available
• the App will always function without interruption or error
• the App will meet every personal expectation or wellness goal
• any information or content in the App will be accurate for every situation

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, loss of goodwill, emotional distress, business interruption, or other losses arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, MeTime.

If applicable law does not allow certain limitations, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

14. App Store Terms

If you download MeTime through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• these Terms are between you and us, not with Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App except as required by law
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you as applicable

You also agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the App.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Country/State], without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
